Our raw sea salt is gently filtered on collection to strain the water , softly reduced using only nature to remove most of the unwanted water and left to crystallize , nothing but the water is removed and what is produced is proper natural raw sea salt This has a strong kick and real taste of the sea .This salt is as natural as it comes and is produced with just the sun and wind of the Tamar valley . As it is a natural product each batch is different and everything depends on the weather during production to how the salt crystals form Each jar contains Approx 70 grams of our finest crystal sea salt .
